Hi, I'm Ana. I'm a licensed clinical and counselling psychologist, specialist in cognitive neuroscience, and narrative and cognitive-behavioural therapies. I believe that, some times, all it takes is a change in perspective, an idea, or a small encounter that can transform your life. I have struggled with depression and anxiety from a young age and have found a way to live differently. I have decided to change radically and packed my bags to live a different life in a different country. I have suffered heartbreak and kept the courage to continue to love. I have changed jobs countless times, from the yoga studios to the offices of some of the biggest companies in Scandinavia. In these short years of life, I can say I have found people, ideas, theories, and practices that have helped me become a stronger human being. In this space, I'm creating the opportunity to share what I have learned and help you also to create your life as you intend to live it.
