Castellon De La Plana, Spain · Europe/Madrid
I offer trauma-informed, resource-focused, and intercultural psychological support for adults navigating trauma, migration, anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions. My work is grounded in clinical experience across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, in both clinical and humanitarian settings. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as ACT, Imagery Rescripting, and narrative therapy approaches as well as resource-oriented interventions. I place great importance on creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can work at their own pace. My therapeutic work is always adapted to the individual needs, cultural background, and personal context of each client. I offer therapy in German, English, Spanish, and Swedish. I currently work in an international, fully remote setting.
