I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) counseling individuals and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and issues in adjusting to life overseas. I specialize in working with anxiety and trauma and am certified in using EMDR, hypnotherapy and Gottman methods for couples. I have now lived in China for nearly ten years, prior to that I was in Milan for two years and Budapest for six months. I’ve traveled extensively since a young age and my family also hosted several exchange students when I was a child. Learning about different countries and cultures is a passion of mine and I find that it has helped me to be able to better tailor the counseling process to each individual that I am working with.
