I provide counselling to people and I have been offering counselling since 2008, having started my training in 2004. In working for nearly 18 years I have developed a varied experience, drawn from different approaches to understanding emotional well being. My counselling experience includes working in a broad range of contexts, including in-patient and out-patient hospital departments, community based services and private practice. I offer counselling from an Integrative perspective, bringing together my two trainings in Person Centred Counselling and in Psychodynamic Counselling.
