I am the founder and director of iska-berlin and work there as a trainer, systemic psychotherapist, coach and supervisor. My clients are individuals, couples, families, teams and organizations. I support my clients to experience what they want to experience in their private life and to achieve what they want to achieve in their professional life. Here, a systemic perspective which allows interrupting ingrained vicious cycles on an emotional, cognitive and behavioral level has been successful. I also focus on the inner resources of my clients, in order to support their individual development and autonomy, as well as to promote the ability for empathic interaction with others. I grew up in Germany, Malaysia and the USA and later spent almost five years in the USA for studies and research. Since 1992 I have worked with people from many different cultures in various settings in Germany and in the USA. In my daily practice I see individual clients, families and couples from all over the wor
