About

I offer therapy and psychological support for individuals navigating personal transitions, emotional challenges, or periods of illness and recovery. My approach combines systemic therapy, trauma-oriented and creative methods, and mindfulness-based tools to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and psychological flexibility. Clients come to me with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, burnout, identity issues, relationship difficulties, grief, and the long-term effects of trauma. I work with people who may be at a turning point—professionally, emotionally, or physically—and are seeking support to regain clarity, strength, and direction. With a background in both psychology and the arts, I bring an integrative perspective to my work. My practice is grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience and oriented toward sustainable health, meaning, and growth.
