WELCOME YOU TO MY PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE IN COLOGNE’S CITY CENTER AREA You may be experiencing a time when you feel stressed, exhausted or disorientated. You are not alone in this - in my practice you will find a safe space in which to deal with your issues. It takes courage to seek support in difficult phases, but psychotherapy is often the right step at such a point and can be a proven and effective way to get better. I work with people suffering from a wide range of psychological stresses - such as depression, anxiety disorders, psychosomatic complaints, burnout or personal crises. A particular focus of my work is the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and fear of illness (hypochondria). In my work, I use the methods of cognitive behavioural therapy - a scientifically sound method with proven effectiveness. I see therapy as a joint process at eye level: you bring your experiences, your lifeworld and your knowledge about yourself - I bring my expertise and my therapeutic expe
