I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a background in Developmental Neuroscience. As an integrative practitioner, I draw from a variety of theories and types of interventions, tailored to each client. Still, at the core of my practice lies the therapeutic relationship, with the evidence-based view that this is key in bringing about positive change. Human suffering often arises from relationships, the flip side being that a therapeutic relationship can be healing. I offer short-term, long-term, and open-ended psychotherapy to individuals. I have worked with a wide range of clients, distinct in age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, faith, life-stage, profession, etc. Issues I have worked with include anxiety, depression, suicidality, eating disorders, substance abuse, self-harm, loss, divorce, bereavement, obsessive compulsion, hypochondria, phobias, trauma, bullying, life changes, low self-esteem, enmeshment, insecure attachment, physical or neuro-diversity.
