About

Whether you’re a parent balancing family life abroad, an executive managing global demands, or a student adjusting to a new environment, you don’t have to do it alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. I specialize in supporting expats, professionals, and globally mobile families through life transitions, burnout, ADHD, anxiety, and stress. Together, we’ll build tools for resilience, clarity, and meaningful change. I’m a U.S.-licensed, nationally certified therapist with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. My approach blends evidence-based tools like ACT, DBT, and Brainspotting with compassionate, strengths-based support. Clients describe me as warm, steady, and insightful—with “big sister energy” that brings both kindness and clarity. My role is to walk alongside you with perspective, strategy, and deep care. Originally from the U.S., I’ve lived in Spain and now call Austria home,
