Hello and Welcome, I offer online counselling for expats and international clients seeking a safe, confidential and culturally sensitive space for support. Living abroad or between cultures can bring unique challenges, including loneliness, identity shifts, relationship strains, career pressure, and a sense of not fully belonging. My work is designed to support you through these experiences with understanding and compassion. I have lived experience of moving from one country to another and understand the difficulties and struggles this can bring. I take a client-centred approach to sessions, tailoring them to your individual needs, cultural background and life circumstances. Whether you are adjusting to life in a new country, managing anxiety or stress, or seeking greater confidence and clarity, our work together will be collaborative and practical.
