I am an English-speaking psychotherapist who has lived as an expat for many years in Northern Italy and have a long-standing private psychotherapy practice. Having trained as an online therapist now work mainly online with adults, adolescents and couples, working to overcome emotional difficulties, to explore the issues and challenges that may be causing distress and to provide support as we work to alleviate anxiety and stress.
