I work with clients to support their journey through identity and belonging explorations, stress, burnout, transition, grief/ loss, anxiety, depression, and healing of trauma. A large portion of my practice is supporting those who identify as immigrants, global souls, expats, digital nomads, Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs), activists, caretakers, global or humanitarian aid workers, missionaries, and BIPOC. I am a Thai-Singaporean, adult third culture kid (TCK), female therapist, passionate about supporting clients to find belonging in their bodies and communities. I am physically based in South East Asia but offer Telehealth sessions to Washington-state (USA) based clients and clients around the world.
