You’ve spent years keeping it together for everyone else—holding back the tears, downplaying your own needs, and pushing through with a smile. You’ve tried to keep the peace, make things work, and be who others needed you to be. But now, the cracks are harder to hide. Maybe you're navigating heartbreak, questioning your identity, or feeling untethered (or even lost) in your new life abroad. It’s overwhelming, and it’s lonely, not because you’ve done anything wrong, but because no one was ever meant to carry this much on their own. What you need now isn’t more advice or performance. You just need space—and someone who truly gets it. I work relationally and somatically, blending talk therapy with creative and body-based approaches.
