I provide in-person and online mental health counselling for adolescents and adults. Using an integrative approach, I bring together concepts from various schools of thought (incl. Person-centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, mindfulness) to fit the unique needs and goals of the client. I work with clients facing a range of challenges including loss and bereavement, life transitions, stress and burnout, trauma, conflict resolution, problematic dynamics, self esteem issues, depressed and anxious mood. I am a member of the Swiss Association of Counsellors with a federal diploma of recognition (SGfB), the Swiss Society of Psychology (SSP), the Swedish Register of Authorised Counsellors (RACS) and an Accredited Member of the European Association of Counsellors (EAC).
