I have worked as a mental health clinician since 2017 and have 15+ years experience in crisis management. I enjoy working with all ages in both in-person and online settings. I utilize a client-centered integrative approach to therapy, treating each individual based on their unique needs and goals with a focus on healing, wholeness, and growth. I enjoy working with my clients to build and strengthen the foundations of their mental and emotional wellness through increasing somatic awareness, deepening of connection to emotions, mindfulness and self-care. In a busy world where it is so easy to become overstimulated, having tools to care for and protect our mental health is vital. We start with a discussion around concerns and/or symptoms bringing you in for therapy and from there work together to discuss the best approach to achieve the goals we will set together.
