I am a Counsellor and Registred Psychologist who has 15+ years of experience working with international individuals, couples and families. I work daily with a number of issues including anxiety, depression, lack of meaning and purpose, identity crisis, difficulties in forming and maintaining relationships, divorce, cultural identity, relocation to a new country. I love what I do and I am firmly convinced that exploring our emotions, concerns and anxieties in a safe and caring environment helps us to bring a positive change into our lives. My practice is based on Lake Garda and I work with many expats from Europe, US and Australia who settled more or less permanently here. I lived and worked in Ireland and personally faced the challenges of working and creating relationships in a new country. My own family is bilingual and we have a lovely network of friends and relatives spread all over the world.
