I am an integrative Psychotherapist with over 24 years experience in working with individuals and couples. I mainly specialise in treating the effects of trauma due to early attachments wounds, trauma events or adverse life experiences such as neglect or emotional abandonment. This might manifest into symptoms such as anxiety, depression, anger and grief. I am a trained EMDR UK Consultant. I am also trained in Brainspotting and HypnoPsychotherapy. I integrate other approaches into my work to best meet client needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique, (EFT), Mindfulness and CBT. I am based in the UK and work online only, so all you need is a contained safe place to operate from with good internet connection.
