I am a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social worker. I work with children, individuals, families, couples, and groups. For over a decade, I have provided counselling and therapeutic services to various age groups suffering from depression, grief, anxiety, adjustment issues, expat therapy, addiction, social difficulties, sexual abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse, self esteem, relationship difficulties, sexuality issues, anger management, care giver stress, and burn out. I use a variety of clinical approaches to include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems and Supportive Counselling. I am a part of ACCESS Counselling Services Network. The ACCESS Counselling Service Network (CSN) consists of licensed professionals with practices all over the Netherlands, to support the needs of the international community.
