I am a bilingual psychologist specializing in constructivist psychotherapy. I work in both English and Italian and offer online and in-person sessions in Milan. Also, I specialize in couples sessions and treat addictions, eating disorders, and depression. My practice is enriched by a year-long experience in Canada, where I learned the value of integrating clinical and cultural considerations. This global perspective has allowed me to become a bilingual therapist and a bilingual counselor and, most of all, provide a comprehensive approach to treatment, incorporating cognitive, relational, and cultural aspects for holistic patient care.
