About

I am an American trained systemic therapist. I view the therapeutic process as a meaningful sojourn—an intentional pause along life’s path to reflect, heal, and grow. My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of relationships and personal development. In a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, I will help you explore relational patterns, strengthen communication, and reconnect with your values and goals. I specialize in acculturation issues, chronic stress, addictions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and sexuality. I am also an integrationist and believe that we are wholistic beings. As such, I incorporate the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model into my methods and practices. I routinely use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Collaborative Therapy to inform my approach in helping you address your
