I help expats and international couples find greater calm, connection and resilience by blending gentle, yet effective, therapy methods with an understanding of life across cultures. I use a gentle, down-to-earth approach that combines talking with simple body-based techniques to help you feel more grounded and at home in yourself — no matter where in the world you are. In couples therapy, I use the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that teaches practical tools for better communication, deeper understanding and lasting connection. As an anthropologist, I also bring special insight into the ways culture and identity shape relationships. Registered with the BACP and Swiss Counselling Association (SGfB), I am an English-native speaker and also speak French. Counselling can take place online or, with limited availability, in person in Montpellier at Joy Yoga or under the trees in a beautiful park in the city.
