Welcome. I’m Tina Michaela. I’m a multicultural Trauma Specialist, NARM Therapist, Psychosocial Master Counsellor, Trauma Educator, and founder of a Trauma Transformation Training School. For more than 25 years, I’ve accompanied people as they move from survival into wholehearted aliveness I believe healing begins in safe, attuned connection. Whether you are an adult navigating complex trauma, a couple working through intercultural challenges, a child expressing difficult behaviours — I offer counselling that is integrative, culturally sensitive, and deeply compassionate. Many of the people I support carry experiences that were never named, validated, or understood — moments of emotional neglect, cultural displacement, or relational wounds that continue to echo into the present.
