I live in Bansko, European capital for Digital Nomadism, and I am a trauma counseling specialist with a complex Third Culture Kid background. I specialize in the links between childhood trauma and well-being, particularly with individuals, couples, or families who have traveled extensively or have multiple cultural identities. Clients refer to me as kind and open, knowledgeable and sensitive, and I think this is due to my ample exposure to migration and loss, but also my insatiable appetite for understanding the world. My Master’s in Counseling and psychology degree, for instance, exposed me to a wealth of knowledge about the body-mind relationship, and taught me how to address it, at least theoretically, while my Master’s in Human Ecology, enriched my understanding of how culture, economics, and environment intersect with personal identity, and how all these dimensions of our Selves are so very important. I speak fluently French, Italian, and English, and so at this point in my career
