I work with BIPOC women and expats who struggle with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, trauma, and ADHD. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or mentally exhausted—especially while navigating life across cultures, identities, and systems. Living abroad or between worlds can intensify overthinking, pressure to “hold it all together,” and feelings of isolation or burnout. As someone with a multicultural background, I deeply understand the emotional complexity of cross-cultural living—balancing different expectations, identities, and values while often feeling misunderstood or needing to stay strong. I recognize how systemic and cultural pressures shape mental health, and how much courage it takes to seek support when you’ve learned to rely only on yourself. I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy and specialize in ERP for OCD, ACT, Brainspotting, and IFS (parts work).
