I tend to work with each client as an individual, what you as a client bring to the sessions and the impact your issues have on you is very personal and cannot be a one size fits all. I use a person centred approach and can offer session by session appointments or can contract with you for a minimum number of sessions dependant on your preference. Ideally therapy should entail a session every seven to ten days to keep continuity and focus.
