If you would like help to cope with difficult emotions, I can provide a calm, confidential space for you to feel heard and understood. I specialise in women’s health problems, including fertility issues and miscarriage. I also work with depression, anxiety, bereavement and trauma. I offer an initial phone conversation, which is free of charge, then an assessment session which is chargeable but there is no obligation to continue.
