I work in an integrative manner, and am trained in a Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic (CBT) approach. This involves becoming aware of your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, behaviours and your interpretation of these. Similarly, we will look at actions and behaviours which can be beneficial or maladaptive, keeping you in vicious or victorious cycles. I appreciate aspects of different modalities to give an idiosyncratic and personal experience of therapy to each individual client.
