I offer Counselling and Animal-Assisted Therapy for individuals 11 plus, Teens, adults & families. Rewind Trauma Therapy is available for children age 7 and upwards, teens & adults. I am accredited by Bacp. I won Best Private Practice 2020 for National Counsellors Day. My approach is Person-centred, I integrate other therapy models as required.
