Hi I am Jane, I started my journey to become a Counsellor as I have a passion for helping people manage lifes challenges. I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor; I offer individual Face to Face counselling in Rye East Sussex as well as being a Certified Online and Telephone Counsellor offering sessions remotely if preferred. Recognising you need some support can often feel scary, but this may become your next step in your journey, to become the best version of you.
