My professional experience is extensive and includes stress, bereavement suicidal ideation, anxiety and low self esteem. I have worked with the Survivors Trust and counselled survivors of rape, sexual abuse and childhood sexual abuse. I have had 2 years experience working in prisons, counselling individuals in recovery, depression, anxiety, grief, stress and other mental health related issues.
