I believe that the essential for good counselling is the relationship we build between us. You are the expert on your own life and my aim is to help you to explore your needs and help you to live the sort of life you wish. I work integratively drawing on a variety of models depending on the needs of each individual client. I have taught on Counselling Courses for many years and have particular understanding of the needs of student counsellors.
