Hello, my name is Janet and I am a BACP registered psychotherapist based in Medway. I offer face to face counselling at my therapy room in Rochester and also offer Walking Talking therapy, Zoom, Facetime or telephone. I provide a safe, confidential and relaxed space, if you require face to face counselling, alternatively walking and talking therapy is offered if you feel freer and more relaxed outdoors. I also work creatively if that is something you are interested in.
