Hi, my name is Janey and I'm a BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. I've been in practice since 2011. Life can throw all sorts of challenges at us; dealing with crises, separation, bereavement, work based difficulty and lots more. Or sometimes life can just be hard and complicated for reasons we can't quite put our finger on. This can be incredibly exhausting, leaving us feeling lost, lonely, irritable, tearful, scared, angry and emotionally overwhelmed.
