I am a Person-centred counsellor, and have been qualified since 1996 and practiced in many settings, but predominantly health, NHS and private and I have IAPT experience. Currently I work in private practice and see individuals and couples, young people and adults. As a counsellor whatever issue, problem or difficulty [which ever feels the right description] you want to talk about you as a person, will be central to my approach.
