Hello, I have been a counsellor for nearly 10 years now. I live in Hove and work with my clients mostly on Zoom. My particular areas of expertise are around trauma through emotional needs not being met as a child, grief, loss, difficult relationships with family and working with adults who want to explore if they are neurodiverse.
