I am an integrative counsellor trained in lots of different theories but the relationship between the counsellor and client is I feel the most important aspect. With this in mind I provide a warm, emphatic, confidential and safe space for us to work together on your goals. I specialise in anxiety but this is just one of many presenting issues that I work with.
