My clinical experience in the field of mental health extends back over 15 years, starting in the NHS mental health services in 2006 and continuing to work in community mental health to this day. I began my psychotherapy training in Group Analysis in 2007, have since completed a 3 year training with Tavistock Relationships in Couple Psychotherapy, and have a certificate in CBT Skills and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
