I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. In our sessions, you can bring whatever is on your mind - the worries, the stress, or the confusing emotions and together we’ll notice patterns, explore feelings, and make sense of your experiences in a safe, supportive space. Sessions usually last 50 minutes after an initial assessment, and can take place in person, online, or by telephone, whichever works best for you.
