About

I am an experienced counsellor, supervisor and trainer with nearly 30 years experience. I specialise in relationship counselling, working with couples and individuals. I work from my purpose built home office on the Welsh/Shropshire border near Oswestry, just off the A5. I am an integrative therapist using primarily a psychodynamic, systemic approach. I enjoy working creatively and have also studied and draw on elements of CBT, EFT, person-centred and brief solution- focused therapy.
