I practice Integratively and work with adults, couples and young people (aged over 11). This can be face to face, short or long term work depending on your needs. I also offer telephone sessions, which are particularly suitable for clients who are unable to get to me or live in remote locations. I believe that the interpersonal relationship between the counsellor and client is the most important basis for a successful outcome.
