I see people struggling with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), phobias and low-esteem. I also help couples who find themselves striving to mend their relationships. My training has included different approaches such as Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. This means that I am able to tailor the therapy sessions to suit each client depending on the issues brought to the sessions.
