Therapy can be a turning point when life feels overwhelming, stuck or painful. You might be dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, difficult family dynamics, or simply a sense of being lost. Sessions with me offer a safe, respectful and grounded space to talk openly and be truly heard. My therapy practice draws on 16 years of working in mental health and well-being. This work includes teaching mindfulness to NHS staff and people accessing mental health services through MIND.
