There are lots of reasons someone might think about therapy; maybe you’re navigating a tricky life event, wanting to understand yourself a bit better, or looking for support with anxiety, stress, or other emotional challenges. Even deciding to start therapy can feel like a journey in itself. And then there’s the next step: finding a therapist who feels like a good fit. Alongside being a qualified counsellor, I’m also a trainee counselling psychologist and psychotherapist.
