I work using a person centred framework which means that I work alongside my clients to walk through what they have brought to their session. My aim is to create a safe space for clients to express their innermost thoughts and to be heard without judgement. My practice at present is online only with sessions being conducted through Microsoft teams. While conducting sessions I will be in a confidential and uninterrupted place.
