I am a person-centered online therapist with a humanistic and experiential orientation. My work is grounded in presence, empathic listening, and respect for each person’s inner authority. Sessions are relational, reflective, and paced according to what feels accessible, rather than directive or technique-driven. I completed a three-year professional training in humanistic, experiential therapy at the Centre de Relation d’Aide de Montréal (CRAM), grounded in the Non-Directive Creative Approach. I also continue to deepen my practice through ongoing training focused on life transitions and emotional regulation. I work with adults who are seeking space to explore emotions, clarify needs, and better understand themselves during periods of transition, stress, or relational difficulty.
