Located in central Teddington, I am an Integrative Therapist working with adults face to face, online or outdoors. Through a warm and engaging environment, I seek to understand each person's own individual experience, working collaboratively and adapting my therapeutic approach to best suit each client. Whilst appreciating that the past plays an important role in the development of our patterns of behaviour, I also draw on a range of techniques to help you cope better with everyday life.
