My approach to therapy is friendly, respectful & totally non-judgemental. Primarily, I use an Integrative Therapy based on the TTM (Transtheoretical Model of Change), which is grounded (among other things) in your goals, readiness to change, and the fact that ‘no one type of therapy fits all’. Psychoeducation about your symptoms and coping strategies (CBT and Mindfulness) will improve your everyday life.
