About

I am an Educational Psychologist and Registered Psychometrist with experience working across educational, developmental, and adjustment-related contexts. My work is grounded in understanding how learning, development, cognition, identity, disability, trauma, and life transitions shape how people function in their everyday lives. I place strong value on careful assessment, thoughtful psychological formulation, and practical support that makes sense within real-world systems such as families, schools, workplaces, and communities. A key area of interest in my professional work and ongoing doctoral research is disability and inclusion, particularly how environments and systems can better support differently-abled and neurodivergent individuals through appropriate understanding, accommodation, and planning. Alongside assessment, I offer therapeutic support and consultation guided by individual needs, context, and collaboratively identified goals. I aim to provide a non-judgemental, person-centred, and LGBTQIA+-affirming space, where people feel respected, understood, and supported. On a personal level, I am an adoptive parent and have lived experience within a family affected by acquired brain injury. This has deepened my appreciation for the complexity of family systems, caregiving, and life transitions, and informs the care and sensitivity I bring to my work with individuals and families.
