I work with individuals and offer short term, time limited and longer term work, depending on your own individual requirements. I have a lot of experience in focused short term work (around 6 to 15 sessions). Please note, I do not offer couples therapy. I have been counselling since 1996, as well as working in various mental health and wellbeing services. I have also written and delivered workshops on various subjects.
