I aim to support my clients in exploring their full potential in life. In doing so, I work with many forms of suffering. People come to therapy for many reasons. Sometimes it’s an acute issue: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and so on. Other times, suffering is more a feeling that something’s not right: life feels hard, or you don’t feel like you’re really living, or you’re caught in old patterns. I believe that humans have an inbuilt capability for healing.
